    “In previous purchases I have been extremely pleased with Optics Ammunition Shop product quality, prices and customer service. Unfortunately, in my latest purchase I mistakenly ordered steel casing ammo which I could not use. While I was able to cancel the order before it was shipped (ordered on Saturday and cancelled on Sunday), I was assessed a 20% cancellation fee (approx. $50). This would have been reasonable if the order had been shipped and returned. But, since it had not left the warehouse and perhaps not even been pulled from the shelf, it was overly excessive. While I will likely order from OAS again, this experience has tarnished an otherwise favorable opinion of the vender.
